Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the OCPA2026 Organising Committee by email: phybox22@nus.edu.sg.
  • All refunds will be made in SGD.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  • There is no refunds on student hostel accommodation.
  • No refunds will be issued after registration closes, and for no-shows.
  • All refunds will be processed only after conference is over.

NUS UTown Student Hostels

Standard Rooms (Air-conditioned)

A single-person living space furnished with a single bed, a ceiling fan, a writing desk and chair, a bookshelf, a wardrobe and a mobile pedestal. Shared Shower and toilet facilities as well as kitchenettes (at selected levels) are located along the common corridors or within the apartments. Kitchenettes are equipped with stoves and other kitchen appliances where residents can cook their own meals instead of eating out. Our rooms are birth gender-specific.

NUS UTown Student Hostels
Student Hostel Rooms at NUS UTown, Kent Ridge Campus:
  • As our hostels are gender specific, please indicate your birth gender during registration.
  • There will be no refunds, discounts, or changes after booking.
  • There is no early check-ins, late check-outs, or extension of stays:
    - Check-in: 21 June (after 2pm)
    - Check-out: 27 June (by 12pm)
  • Registration with accommodation will close on 7 May 2026.

Our budget-friendly accommodation option offers single occupancy rooms with shared bathroom facilities and come with single bed, one pillow, one blanket, one towel, a set of basic toiletries, a refillable water bottle and free wi-fi.
