Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Registration cancellation more than 60 working days before the conference: No cancellation fees.
- Registration cancellation 30–60 working days before the conference: Cancellation fee of 20% of the registration fee will be charged.
- Registration cancellation less than 30 working days before the conference: No refunds.
- No refunds after registration closes.
- No refunds for non-attendance.
- Refunds will be made in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- Refunds will be processed after the conference is over.
